Tenham L6 Chondrite Meteorites for Sale

Location: Tenham station, South Gregory, Queensland, Australia, 25° 44'S, 142° 57'E

Fell: 1879, in the spring at night.

Type: L6 Ordinary Chondrite, veined.

Description: About 350lb (160kg) of stones were recovered. The shower was seen to fall over and area of over 12 x 3 miles near Tenham Station. (From Catalogue of Meteorites (2000)).
